Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if, in view of her announcement of the strategic rail study, she will indicate the reason Iarnród Éireann is proceeding with the downgrading of the Ennis/Athenry/ Claremorris line and the transfer of the Limerick-Foynes line to Iarnród Éireann's engineering division.
