89 Mr. Penrose asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if an application for a work permit to employ a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath was received by her Department; if so, if this application will be considered without delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the work permit section of my Department that it has no record of having received a valid work permit application on behalf of the individual concerned.
