188 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the interdepartmental review group on the disabled drivers and disabled passengers (tax concessions) scheme has completed its report; and when publication will take place. [5034/02]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue):

Work on the disabled drivers and disabled passengers (tax concessions) scheme is at an advanced stage. When the report is finally completed it will be forwarded to the Minister for Finance. The decision regarding when the report will be published will rest with that Minister.
