192 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the total allocations to County Donegal in each of the years from 1995 to date from the sports lottery grants; and if he will make a statement on the value of these moneys to local communities. [4886/02]

The following are the total amounts of grants allocated to County Donegal under the sports capital programme for each year since 1995:

I am satisfied that these grants have been of enormous benefit to clubs-organisations throughout the county in their efforts to provide much needed facilities in their local communities.
