102 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason for the delay in payment of a forestry premium to persons (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4351/02]
My Department wrote to the applicant on 14 January 2002 requesting documentary information in relation to farming and off-farm income. On receipt of this information the eligibility of the applicant for forestry premium will be determined.
103 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if his Department will make a payment of arrears of forestry premium to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [4874/02]
All outstanding arrears have been paid to the person in question. Payment of the 2002 forestry premium will be made in March of this year.
