Vol. 548 No. 4

Written Answers. - Disabled Drivers.

Brian O'Shea

Question:

124 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 128 and 130 of 7 February 2002, when he expects to have the final report and recommendations of the interdepartmental review group on the disabled drivers and disabled passengers (tax concessions) scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5053/02]

The disabled drivers' and disabled passengers' (tax concessions) scheme is under review by an interdepartmental group, which is chaired by an official from the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. While I understand that the work of the review group is at an advanced stage, I have not yet received their final report and recommendations.
