167 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will give approval to Kerry County Council to appoint the recommended contractor to enable Stage IV of the north east Kerry regional water scheme to commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Kerry County Council's tender recommendation in respect of the civil works element of this scheme is under consideration in my Department and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
