Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these dealings refer to applications for first registration, which were lodged on 21 November 2001. Dealing numbers D2001CK014890G and D2001CK014852Y refer. I understand that the applications have been lodged on behalf of Cork City Council.
First registration applications require the examination of an applicant's right to registration as owner and it is not possible to say at this stage when the application will be completed. However, I can inform the Deputy that the matter is receiving attention.
