134 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has a permanent suckler cow quota of six, may sell same; the position in relation to this; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5361/02]

In the light of the medical evidence furnished in this case, the person named may sell her suckler cow quota in 2002.
