Public Health (Tobacco) Bill, 2001: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, in the case of the consideration at Report Stage of the Public Health (Tobacco) Bill, 2001, in relation to amendments which involve, and only involve, the deletion of "Agency" and the substitution therefor of "Office", when amendment 9 has been reached all such amendments shall be moved together and decided by one question which shall be put from the Chair.
