316 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason for the delay regarding an application by a person (details supplied) under the tenant purchase scheme; if his attention has been drawn to a delay in this case due to the need to sanction the trans fer of land from the ownership of his Department to Kilkenny County Council; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is in contact with Kilkenny County Council regarding legal aspects of the ownership of the land in question and a decision in the matter will issue shortly.
