321 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the date, content and result of all the directives he has issued to local authorities under Section 60 of the Waste Management Act, 1996. [5470/02]

To date, no general direction has been issued to local authorities under section 60 of the Waste Management Act, 1996.
