338 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when it is proposed to commence the sewerage treatment plants at Kilkerring, Ballinasloe and at Dunmore, Tuam, County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5737/02]

Revised contract documents for these schemes, which have been approved for funding under the rural towns and villages initiative, must be submitted by Galway County Council and approved by my Department so that the council can seek tenders for the works.
