144 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if negotiations have been concluded in relation to the purchase of a site for the new Garda station for Leixlip, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5925/02]
Difficulties in negotiations for the purchase of a particular site at Leixlip have not been overcome and negotiations cannot be concluded until they are resolved.
Other possibilities are being actively examined and assessed, should an alternative site be needed.
