I propose to take Questions Nos. 114 and 115 together.
Annual statistics on the percentage of the workforce unemployed were based on the labour force survey up to April 1997. Quarterly statistics have been available from the quarterly national household survey from the end of 1997. Results from these surveys are compiled at regional level only. The south-west region is comprised of Cork County Borough, Cork County and Kerry. Information for the south-west region for the period 1990 to the end of 2001 is set out in the following table:
