Before coming to the Order of Business I propose to deal with a notice of motion under Standing Order 31 from Deputy Healy. I call on the Deputy to state the matter.

I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate an issue of significant public importance: namely, the totally inadequate radiotherapy services available for cancer patients and the urgent need for such a radiotherapy service based at Waterford Regional Hospital.
Having considered the matter fully, I do not consider it to be in accordance with Standing Order 31.
