266 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Carlow will receive an appointment at St. Luke's Hospital, Rathgar for chemotherapy and radium treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6749/02]
As the Deputy is aware, the provision of services to individual patients is a matter for the health board in which the individual resides. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board to investigate the case referred to by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
