272 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Health and Children the cost and weekly upkeep for patients in each old persons' home operated by the Western Health Board in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6815/02]
As the Deputy will be aware, the provision of health services in the Mayo area is, in the first instance, the responsibility of the Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to collate the information requested by the Deputy and forward it direct to him as a matter of urgency.
