Question:345 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands her plans to travel abroad for St. Patrick's Day celebrations; the venues to be visited; the planned dates of travel; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6703/02]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 343 and 345 together.
I have no plans to travel abroad in the context of the St. Patrick's Day celebrations. I propose, however, to attend a number of St. Patrick's Day celebrations in County Clare on 17 March, following which I intend travelling to Spain to participate in an informal meeting of the EU Council of Ministers for Culture and Audiovisual Affairs.
