Question:352 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry can expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [6331/02]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for release of caution which was lodged on 14 June 2001. Dealing number D2001SM004919X refers.
I am further informed that the Land Registry is in correspondence with the solicitor for the person on whose behalf the caution has been registered on the folio and that the dealing cannot progress until this correspondence has been satisfactorily completed. The application will receive further attention on satisfactory completion of this correspondence.
