I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the committee to which the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Bill, 1998, may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments has power to make provision in the Bill in relation to the making of grants out of funds provided by the Oireachtas for remediation works for houses having certain levels of radon gas and for the administration by the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland of such grants and to provide for related matters.
