173 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason Mary Immaculate School for Deaf Boys, Beechpark, Stillorgan, County Dublin was excluded from the schedule to the Residential Institutional Redress Bill, 2001; and if he will reconsider this matter. [7245/02]

Recent legislation passed by the Dáil allows for the inclusion of further institutions where they have had a residential aspect. The school referred to by the Deputy will be examined within this context.
