Vol. 550 No. 1

Order of Business (Resumed).

Five years ago the Minister had the great pleasure to introduce the Abolition of Ground Rent Bill to the House. Has any progress been made on this legislation?

The Bill is still with the legal services and is scheduled to be taken later this year.

I give up.

I suspect the reason the Tánaiste is not present is that she does not want to answer questions on the chaos at the heart of the Government regarding the provision or non-provision of a national stadium and the bid for the European Championships. Where does the Minister stand on the publication of the Campus Stadium Ireland Bill?

The heads of the Bill are at an advanced stage.

As a former Minister for Social Welfare, is the Minister disappointed that, after five years, the Money and Budgeting Service Advice Bill has not yet been introduced, particularly in light of the problem of illegal moneylending?

A very large toxic dump was discovered in the constituency the Minister and I represent approximately six months ago.

That matter can be pursued in other ways. The question is not in order.

The Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment received an interim report on this dump which—

The Deputy should raise the matter in the proper manner.

Will that report be published?

On promised legislation, Minister, the other question is not in order.

I wish to clarify that the heads of the Campus Stadium Ireland Bill were approved by the Government on 27 July and the publication date is set for mid-2002. The heads of the Money Advice and Budgeting Service Bill were approved on 19 December 2000 and the expected publication date is in 2002.

That concludes the Order of Business.
