Question:96 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the type of care and treatment which was given to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny by St. Canice's Hospital prior to this person's death; the support and care which was given to this person following his release from the hospital; when the person was last seen by the hospital and by whom; the last date the person was seen by representatives of the hospital while he lived in the local community; the support which was available to this person as an outpatient; if the hospital was proactive in the delivery of this service; and the number of patients of St. Canice's Hospital who have died prematurely in the past five years.
