294 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the membership, by name and position, of the newly appointed National Task Force on Medical Staffing which has been set up to implement the Medical Manpower Forum and the Hanley Report on reducing non-consultant hospital doctor working hours; and the number of meetings the National Task Force on Medical Staffing has held to date. [7797/02]

The National Task Force on Medical Staffing met for the first time on 21 February 2002. A plenary meeting was held, followed by meetings of the project groups on NCHD working hours and on medical education and training.
