629 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of the building of a new sports hall at Meánscoil na Toirbhirte, Milltown, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7954/02]
An extension including a PE hall of 406m, is being provided at Presentation secondary school, Milltown County Kerry, as part of the Government's programme and is currently at stage 4 in architectural planning. A letter recently issued from the building unit of my Department to the school authority regarding the stage 4 submission. It will be necessary for the school authority to request their design team to address the comments raised therein and submit a response to the building unit before this project can advance to the next stage.
