632 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason for the delay in providing funding for equipment for the 12 children who entered the CABAS school in Ashton, County Cork, in September 2001; if he will provide funding to the school immediately; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7980/02]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

I am pleased to advise the Deputy that the equipment grant to which he refers was issued to the CABAS facility in Cork on 27 February 2002 and that its receipt has been confirmed.
