Vol. 550 No. 2

Written Answers. - Pension Provisions.

Michael Creed

Question:

121 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Public Enterprise her proposals to end the inequality of pension entitlements for Aer Lingus and Aer Rianta workers relative to other semi-State companies. [7544/02]

Deirdre Clune

Question:

128 Ms Clune asked the Minister for Public Enterprise further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 75 and 76 of 24 May 2001, the steps she has taken to address the concerns of the retired aviation staff association; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7878/02]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 121 and 128 together.

My reply to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 45, 78 and 127 of 12 February 2002 dealt comprehensively with issues concerning Aer Lingus and Aer Rianta pensions. I am unable to add anything further to that reply.
