284 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding the Garda station in Partry, County Mayo; if this has gone out to tender; if the contractor has been appointed; when it is expected that the contract will commence; when it is expected to be completed; and the amount the contract will cost. The Commissioners of Public Works have placed a contract for refurbishment works to the Garda station at Partry, County Mayo. The contractor will be on site by the end of March 2002 and works should be completed by early June 2002. The contract sum is slightly in excess of €150,000.
