Ceisteanna–Questions.

I wish to seek clarification from the Leas-Cheann Comhairle in respect of questions that were disallowed. I do not wish to be disruptive but I had submitted a question to the Taoiseach on actions taken by the Attorney General. I was under the impression the Taoiseach was accountable for matters relating to the Office of the Attorney General—

The Deputy may not discuss that matter in the House. If he wishes to call to my office afterwards, he can discuss it.

Three questions addressed to the Taoiseach have been ruled out of order. Did you received instructions from the Taoiseach's office?

The Deputy should be aware that the Chair does not receive instructions from anybody.

Was the Chair aware that questions had been—

I ask Deputy Quinn to resume his seat. The matter does not arise here. If he wishes to come to my office afterwards, I will be glad to discuss it.
