464 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will review the new house grant application by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8649/02]

In view of the applicant's acknowledged earlier co-ownership of a house, occupied by her, it is not possible to allow a new house grant in this case.
