Question:579 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the documentation for first registration of a building will be available to persons (details supplied) in County Galway. [8346/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 13 August 2001. Due to the complicated nature of these types of cases it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I assure the Deputy that the dealing is receiving attention and will be completed as soon as possible.
