602 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will arrange to issue, as a matter of urgency, a certified copy file plan folio for a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [8765/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of the application as quoted by the Deputy having being lodged in the Land Registry. If the Deputy can come back to me with the date of lodgment of the application and a Land Registry reference number I will make further inquiries on his behalf.
