806 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 1241 of 30 January in relation to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford, when a decision will be made on this exemption application. [8897/02]

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that this person was informed, in a letter from my Department on 13 February, that in view of her previous attendance at comparable courses, the requirement to attend a further three week course in the Gaeltacht was being waived.
