843 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education and Science his views on whether a new primary school for Summercove, Kinsale, County Cork, is an urgent priority; and if his Department will sanction the project in order that purchase of site and architectural planning can take place. My Department will give detailed consideration to an application for a new school building from Summercove national school as soon as possible under the expanded building programme. The school authorities will be kept informed of developments.
