856 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will arrange for learning support teachers to be provided to schools (details supplied) in County Dublin in view of the fact that they do not believe they can provide the new learning support policy without such teachers. [9243/02]

The schools to which the Deputy refers currently share the services of a learning support teacher. The needs of these schools will be taken fully into account in the event of additional learning support teacher posts becoming available for distribution.
