107 Mr. Connaughton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a decision will be made regarding a work permit application for a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [9299/02]

I am informed by the work permit section of my Department that it has no record of having received a valid work permit application on behalf of the individual concerned.
