93 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if his Department will review the farm retirement pension for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny to see if a refund is due to that case. [9606/02]
The person named is in receipt of an early retirement pension from 14 April 1997, the date the application was lodged with my Department, at the rate appropriate to the amount of land released by her under the scheme. Consequently, no other payments are due to her.
