112 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the plans his Department has to support a submission from a group (details supplied); his plans to meet with the group; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9813/02]

I refer the Deputy to my reply on this matter of 20 March 2002 (reference No. 9448/02) where I indicated that I have arranged for officials from my Department to meet with officials of the Departments of Health and Children and Tourism, Sport and Recreation to consider how the proposal to upgrade the hyperbaric facilities in Galway can be progressed at an early date. I will let the Deputy know in due course the outcome of these discussions.

113 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if arrangements will be made for an official to meet with a person (details supplied) in County Mayo to resolve this persons tonnage queries. [9861/02]

I have arranged for officials in my Department to contact, and if necessary meet, the individual concerned to clarify the position regarding the vessels in question.
