181 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason for the delay in the payment of area aid to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon; when this person will receive payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9772/02]
During the course of processing in the area aid unit a query arose over the correct boundaries of the applicant's lands in the townland of Drumlosh. A map has been received from a party acting on behalf of the person named indicating the correct boundaries. This information has been entered on my Department's electronic database and payments due under the 2001 suckler cow premium scheme, the 2001 area-based compensatory allowance scheme and the 2001 special beef premium scheme will be made as soon as possible.
