Written Answers. - Enterprise Liability Scheme.
I have not yet brought any proposal to Government in relation to the inclusion of private hospitals providing obstetric services or consultant obstetricians in private practice in the enterprise liability scheme. Any extension of the scheme to the private sector would raise complex and difficult issues. I am having these examined at present.
