Question:434 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office has completed the registration of dealings for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo. [10171/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these two dealings referred to by the Deputy refer to applications for first registration which were lodged on 26 April 2000. I understand that due to the complicated nature of these types of cases it is not possible to estimate the date of completion at this time. I am further informed that these applications are receiving attention and if no further queries have to be issued to the lodging solicitors they will be completed within the next few weeks.
