I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the committee to which the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Bill, 2001 may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments has power to make provision in the Bill in relation to the amendment of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994.
