I move:
That it be an instruction to the Committee to which the Competition Bill, 2001, may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments that it has power to make provision in the Bill in relation to the amendment of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1893, and the repeal of the Industrial and Provident Societies (Amendment) Act, 1971.
