Question:

166 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kildare was not facilitated by his Department in a freedom of information request (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10366/02]

A decision under the Freedom of Information Act was communicated to the applicant by the Department and the Act provides for a right of review where an applicant is not satisfied with the decision. Any such request for review is required to be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act. No such request for a review of the decision has been received in this case.
