I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Convention drawn up on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty on European Union, on Simplified Extradition Procedure between the Member States of the European Union, done at Brussels on 10th March, 1995 and a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 12th March, 2002.
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Convention drawn up on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty of European Union, relating to Extradition between Member States of the European Union, done at Brussels on 27th September, 1996 and a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 21th March 2002.
