Vol. 552 No. 1

Written Answers. - Disclosure of Address.

Bernard Allen

Question:

115 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Defence if he will disclose the present address of a person (details supplied) to this person's son (details supplied) in County Cork. [11065/02]

An individual's address is regarded as confidential and is not disclosed to other parties except with the individual's consent or as required by law. My Department has, however, forwarded correspondence to the individual in question, at his son's request, in February 2002.
