153 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will investigate all of the circumstances surrounding an application for installation aid by a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if, in view of the fact that approval issued in 2001, he will now sanction payment in this case. My Department has carried out a full examination of all relevant files and can find no application for installation aid from the person named.
