263 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has received a request from an organisation (details supplied) in County Cork for funding for staffing costs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11319/02]

The provision of health services in the Cork area is a matter, in the first instance, for the Southern Health Board. In this regard, the board is considering this case and will be in contact with the organisation concerned in due course.
