299 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Question No. 141 of 28 March 2002, he will outline his proposals to establish a project team for a child and adolescent in-patient psychiatric unit in Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11217/02]

Responsibility for the establishment of a project team rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
